How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status.

Do you offer a return or exchange policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters the fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
